I've been within Academic Work for 11 years and have had almost every role within Operations :) For the past 4 years I've been focusing on process development, both with staffing and our AW Academy business. Since August 2021 I joined the Finnish organization which is very exciting! I live in Stockholm with husband and two kids. We try to be as active as possible with skiing and padel and hanging with friends and family :)
